The Batman returns as a young and angry detective. As always, he’s beating thugs on the street while solving crimes in Gotham City.

This is a bit late but I gotta write it down before the Blu-ray release. Watched The Batman a few weeks ago when cinemas just got reopened.

I like the atmosphere overall. The theme is dark and the movie somehow managed to hook you in from the beginning to the end. That’s a very long 3 hours movie.

The entire movie is about Batman solving mysteries and traps that Riddler set up. Robert Pattinson is portrayed as a younger and angrier version of Batman. Alongside Catwoman Selina. I love the duo, but there’s not enough chemistry between the two. I hope Zoë can get more screen time though.

I like most of the stuff except for the wingsuit. It just looks terrible.

I’m pretty sure there’ll be a sequel. In the meanwhile, I’ll be waiting for the Blu-ray and rewatch it at least three more times.

My Afterthought

Unlike Superheroes in Marvel universe, I like The Batman better. I love the cinematography, soundtrack and the way they tells a story. Almost surpass Nolan’s Batman trilogy.
